Speakers for August & September Meetings

Speaker for August 21st is Mike Gottfried:

Mike has helped us kick off our weekly meetings for the past many years. He always brings us his top ten pre-season selections, even though we may not want to hear them.

Speaker for August 28th is Danny Sheridan :

Danny is the most knowledgeable Sports book in the country. For the past twenty years Danny has brought us his insight for the upcoming season. Make sure not to miss his presentation.

Speaker for September 4th will be Harvin Clark:

Harvin Clark played football for the University of Florida back in the early Seventies. We might expect some stories about Ray Graves, John Reaves and Tommy Durance.

At meetings you can swap stories of football, business and family, and you'll get to see a speaker from the Gator Football community. past speakers include Danny Sheridan, Pat Dye, Vince Dooley, Kenny Stabler, James Bates, and of course, Urban Meyer.

The Fightin' Gator Touchdown Club holds several fundraising events each year, including our annual Golf Tournament in March, Fishing Tournament in May and the Whitehurst Party in June and October. Members from all around the area bring their families to enjoy food and have a great time.

You will also be invited to the annual Family Days at Ginnie Springs in August and the end of the year Christmas Holiday Dance held in one of the Reitz Union's ballrooms. Bus trips are planned for most away games along with limited away game tickets, including the Florida vs. Georgia Classic in Jacksonville, Florida.

By attending our club events throughout the year, you can take part in supporting The Florida Gator Football Program. Our $300,000.00 commitment to Gator Booster, Inc. makes the FGTC the largest contributor of all the University of Florida Booster Organizations!
